Brothers I am honored and humble to now be at the helm of one of the most prestigious chapters in our fraternity. Kappa Beta Sigma has been on the forefront of helping Phi Beta Sigma become the organization it has blossomed into today.
Kappa Beta Sigma is celebrating its Eightieth Anniversary this year. With this monumental milestone I am proud that as a chapter we have decided to put together the chapter’s history on DVD. The project will include live interviews with our oldest living brother (Bro. Julius Eastman) all the way down to our neophyte brother (Bro. Terence Chance.) I am thrilled with thought of this project and am anxiously waiting for the screening slated for the fall of this year.
I would like to Thank our immediate past president Bro. Ronald Augustin for taking on the task of reactivating our Sigma Beta Club. I look forward to having young men from Boys and Girls High School that we will be able to mentor.
Brothers I feel something great getting ready to happen in Kappa Beta Sigma. I encourage you to join a committee, or become active again, so you can be a part of this great ride we are store for this year.
