Location: CUNY Megar Evers College Website: Coming Soon Details:

In December 1993, the Always Amazing Alpha Alpha Phi chapter was founded on the campus of Medgar Evers College, the only school in New York City that oriented to the Black Diaspora. After much yearning by the student body, there was finally Greek life on campus!

Alpha Alpha Phi  chapter was chartered on the campus of Medgar Evers College, being the first fraternity to have a chartered a chapter on the campus.

Throughout the years theAlpha Alpha Phi  has promoted the Fraternity’s motto “Culture for Service and Service for Humanity” by conceptualizing and implementing programs such as the Single Fathers’ Scholarship, Domestic Abuse programs, Literacy Campaign (Spelling Bee) and receiving numerous civic Proclamations from the City of New York. As the years pass on the Chapter still is bringing Greek life to Medgar Evers College and will continue to because service is our legacy and “OUR CAUSE SPEEDS ON ITS WAY”.
